The Gower Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable volunteer to serve as Board Secretary. This role supports the Board of Trustees by maintaining records, coordinating communications, and helping ensure smooth meeting and event logistics.

Responsibilities Include:

Recording and distributing meeting minutes

Maintaining Foundation files (virtual and physical)

Coordinating meeting logistics with event chairs
-
Managing the Foundation mailbox
-
Attending monthly board meetings and Foundation events
-
Actively participating in board communications
