Two-Year Commitment

 

The Gower Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable volunteer to serve as Board Secretary. This role supports the Board of Trustees by maintaining records, coordinating communications, and helping ensure smooth meeting and event logistics.

​

Responsibilities Include:

  • Recording and distributing meeting minutes

  • Maintaining Foundation files (virtual and physical)

  • Coordinating meeting logistics with event chairs

  • Managing the Foundation mailbox

  • Attending monthly board meetings and Foundation events

  • Actively participating in board communications
